A simple and perfect cake smash session.

Sometimes all you need is a simple white backdrop with some minimal props. This guy was so expressive and loved the cake. What a fun session! I took the most images I’ve ever taken for a smash session with this fella and delivered my largest gallery yet.

This little Pebbles had the perfect spout and the perfect look for her one year cake smash and splash. She was ready to go with her perfect smile and adorable and excitable attitude. Can you think of a better way to celebrate a birthday? And of course we cannot forget the set of formal images either! So beautiful. Happy first birthday little one!

Take Me Out To The Ball Game- Rochester, NY

This session was a home run!

For it’s 1, 2, 3 strikes you’re out at the old ball game! And we had a ball for sure. This little guy came ready to play at his cake smash session. He loved the backdrop and was trying anything he could to get at those baseballs. I love it. And of course, the splash didn’t disappoint either. This session was a home run for sure. I couldn’t help myself…:)

I have had such an amazing run with cake smashers this year. 2023 is the year of the incredible one year old’s who have been showing up for their sessions with all smiles and positive energy and I LOVE it. This little one who came to my studio was no different. Mom responded to my model call for a Girly Out of this World backdrop and my vision came to LIFE. The set was beautiful. The baby was perfection. The outfit was adorable and my baker completely rocked the cake. Check her out! Truly, is there anything better?

We aren’t even in August yet, but my Fall Mini Sessions will launch for booking TOMORROW, Friday July 28th! Get excited. This backdrop is like nothing you’ve ever seen. It has vibrant fall colors that look like you’re outside. So realistic, no one will ever know you were at a studio and not at the pumpkin patch!
